Refund policy
At Hair Care Markt, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or unsealed cosmetic, personal care, hair care, skin care, and supplement products cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with proof of purchase or order number
2. Return Request Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
For customers located in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to eligible online purchases. However, products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Opened or used skin care products
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken seals
- Products not in original packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective
- Products returned without prior approval
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
5. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos, if applicable
Do not send any products back before receiving return approval from us.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and international handling fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Hair Care Markt is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you may place a new order after your return request is approved and completed.
9. Orders Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or unpaid customs duties, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Refunds for returned-to-sender orders may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
10. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
Hair Care Markt ships to selected countries only.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
These fees are not controlled by Hair Care Markt and are not refundable by us.
