1. Do you ship internationally?

2. Where do you ship orders from?

Hair Care Markt works with warehouse, fulfillment, and stock locations in Türkiye, the USA, and Europe.

Depending on product availability, stock location, and the customer’s delivery address, your order may be shipped from the most suitable available fulfillment location.

3. Which countries qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping to the USA, Canada, and European countries.

4. Are there additional shipping fees for some countries?

Yes. Some countries may have additional shipping fees depending on the destination.

Additional shipping fees may be $7,50, $15, $20, $25, or $30 depending on the country. Please check our Shipping Policy page for the full list.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on your country, stock location, shipping carrier, customs process, and local delivery conditions.

Because we may ship from different warehouse or fulfillment locations, delivery times can vary by product and destination.

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

6. Will my order be shipped from the closest warehouse?

When possible, we aim to ship orders from the most suitable available stock location based on your delivery address and product availability.

However, the final shipping location depends on current stock, warehouse availability, fulfillment conditions, and carrier options.

7. Can my order arrive in separate packages?

Yes. If your order contains multiple products stored in different fulfillment locations, your items may be shipped separately.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

8. Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or additional fees depending on your country.

These charges are not controlled by Hair Care Markt and are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Can I return a product?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic, hair care, skin care, and supplement products cannot be returned.

10. Can I return opened cosmetic or hair care products?

No. Opened, used, unsealed, or damaged cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

12. Are your products suitable after hair transplant?

Some of our products are designed for post-transplant hair care routines. Please check the product description carefully before use.

If you recently had a hair transplant or medical procedure, we recommend consulting your clinic or healthcare professional before using any product.

13. Do your products stop hair loss?

Our products are cosmetic and personal care products. They are designed to support hair care routines, scalp care, and stronger-looking hair.

We do not claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or permanently stop hair loss.
